1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns or refunds are applicable only under these conditions:
   - The delivered product does not match the design or specifications confirmed by the customer at the time of order placement.
   - The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.


2. Conditions for Replacement or Refund
   - Requests for replacements, or refunds must be initiated by sending an email to contact@maqeurown.com within 3 days of delivery.
   - Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
   - Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided with the request.
   


3. Non-Returnable Items
   - Customized products delivered as per the confirmed design and free from defects are not eligible for return or refund.
   - Minor color or fabric texture variations due to screen settings or natural material differences are not considered defects.
   


4. Process for Replacement/Refund
   - To initiate a replacement or refund, email our customer service at contact@maqeurown.com with your order details and photographic proof of the issue.
   - After reviewing your return request, we will approve/ disapprove the return request within 3 days of receiving the mail. - Upon approval, we will initiate the return process. A delivery agent will be scheduled to collect the items from your address within 5 days of return request approval. Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed with the original packaging intact before handing it over to the delivery agent.
   - Once the returned items are received in acceptable condition:
   • Replacement: A replacement product will be created and shipped free of charge and delivered within 7 working days.
   • Refund: The refund amount will be processed via the original payment method and be credited within 7 working days.
5. Shipping Costs
   - If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
   - For non-eligible issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
   


6. Cancellation Policy
   - Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placement by sending an email to contact@maqeurown.com.
   - After this period, cancellations will not be processed due to the personalized nature of the products.
